WESTERN EMERY COUNTY IN UTAH NORTH CENTRAL WAYNE COUNTY IN UTAH * UNTIL 730 PM MDT * AT 552 PM MDT...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY RAIN OVER THE SAN RAFAEL SWELL IN CENTRAL EMERY COUNTY...OR ABOUT 31 MILES WEST OF GREEN RIVER. THE AREA OF HEAVY RAIN WAS SLOWLY MOVING SOUTH A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING IS IMMINENT OR OCCURRING. IF YOU ARE IN THE WARNING AREA MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND IMMEDIATELY.
