* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  EXTREME NORTHEASTERN GARFIELD COUNTY IN UTAH
  SOUTHEASTERN WAYNE COUNTY IN UTAH

* UNTIL 115 AM MDT

* AT 1113 PM MDT...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY
  RAIN OVER EXTREME SOUTHEASTERN WAYNE COUNTY...OR ABOUT 32 MILES
  SOUTHEAST OF HANKSVILLE...MOVING NORTH AT 10 MPH.

* THE THUNDERSTORM WITH EXCESSIVE RAINFALL WILL AFFECT EXTREME 
SOUTHWEST PORTIONS OF CANYONLANDS NATIONAL PARK AND THE ORANGE 
CLIFFS AREA IN GLEN CANYON NATIONAL RECREATION AREA

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM THIS STORM WILL LIKELY CAUSE FLASH FLOODING OF 
SMALL CREEKS AND STREAMS...COUNTRY ROADS...AND NORMALLY DRY WASHES 
AND ARROYOS.

BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE
DANGERS OF FLOODS AND FLASH FLOODS. IF FLASH FLOODING IS OBSERVED ACT
QUICKLY. MOVE UP TO HIGHER GROUND TO ESCAPE FLOOD WATERS. DO NOT STAY
IN AREAS SUBJECT TO FLOODING WHEN WATER BEGINS RISING.
