THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN SALT LAKE CITY HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  NORTH CENTRAL EMERY COUNTY IN UTAH

* UNTIL 630 PM MDT

* AT 441 PM MDT...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY
  RAIN 6 MILES SOUTH OF CLEVELAND...OR ABOUT 23 MILES SOUTH OF 
  PRICE...MOVING SLOWLY TOWARDS THE NORTHEAST.

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM THIS STORM WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING OF SMALL 
CREEKS AND STREAMS...UNPAVED ROADS AND NORMALLY DRY WASHES IN THE 
RURAL AREAS TO THE EAST OF HUNTINGTON AND CLEVELAND. 

A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING IS IMMINENT OR OCCURRING.
IF YOU ARE IN THE WARNING AREA MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND IMMEDIATELY.
