  RAIN OVER EXTREME SOUTH CENTRAL TOOELE COUNTY...OR ABOUT 17 MILES
  SOUTH OF DUGWAY...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 20 MPH.

FLASH FLOODING IS LIKELY IN GOVERNMENT CREEK AND TRIBUTARIES.
