THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN SALT LAKE CITY HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  SOUTHEASTERN IRON COUNTY IN UTAH
  THIS INCLUDES THE CITY OF CEDAR CITY

* UNTIL 730 PM MDT

* AT 545 PM MDT...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY       
  HEAVY RAIN EAST AND SOUTHEAST OF CEDAR CITY...MOVING NORTHWEST AT  
  15 MPH.

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM THIS STORM WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING OF CREEKS 
AND STREAMS...ROADS AND ROADSIDE CULVERTS IN AND AROUND CEDAR 
CANYON. THE HEAVY RAINS COULD ALSO TRIGGER ROCK AND MUDSLIDES IN 
STEEP TERRAIN.
