THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  SHACKELFORD COUNTY IN NORTH CENTRAL TEXAS

* UNTIL 1130 PM CDT

* AT 830 PM CDT...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY 
RAIN SOUTHEAST OF ALBANY. RADAR ESTIMATES INDICATE UP TO 5 INCHES 
MAY HAVE FALLEN IN SOUTHEASTERN SHACKELFORD COUNTY BETWEEN US 180 
AND STATE HIGHWAY 6 EAST OF ALBANY.

DO NOT DRIVE INTO AREAS WHERE WATER COVERS THE ROAD. THE WATER DEPTH 
MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS SAFELY.
