THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  SOUTHWESTERN SAN BERNARDINO COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST CALIFORNIA FOR THE
  MOUNTAINS AND HIGH DESERT.

* UNTIL 100 PM PDT

* AT 1144 AM PDT...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY
  RAIN OVER WRIGHTWOOD AND ALSO 20 MILES NORTHEAST OF BIG BEAR ON
  THE NORTH SLOPES OF THE SAN BERNARDINO COUNTY MOUNTAINS.

* THE THUNDERSTORMS WERE NEARLY STATIONARY.

A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING IS IMMINENT OR OCCURRING.
