  CENTRAL RIVERSIDE COUNTY

* UNTIL 330 PM PDT

* AT 245 PM PDT...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY
  HEAVY RAIN 12 OVER THE MOUNTAINS OF RIVERSIDE COUNTY. THIS STORM
  WAS 12 MILES SOUTHEAST OF LA QUINTA AND WAS NEARLY STATIONARY.

* THE THUNDERSTORM WILL PRODUCE FLASH FLOODING THROUGH 315 PM FROM
  MARTINEZ CANYON SOUTH TO BARTON CANYON.
