*  SOME CITIES AFFECTED...
   HUNTINGTON BEACH...SANTA ANA...LAGUNA BEACH...DANA POINT...
   SAN CLEMENTE...FULLERTON...LAGUNA NIGUEL...GARDEN GROVE.

*  AT 130 AM...LINES OF STRONG SHOWERS HAVE BEEN MOVING ASHORE
   OVER THE PAST HOUR...AND DOPPLER RADAR INDICATES MORE ARE
   FORMING. SPOTTERS IN THE AREA HAVE REPORTED RAINFALL RATES
   OF UP TO 1 INCH PER HALF HOUR. THESE EXTREME RAINFALL RATES
   CAN LEAD TO LIFE THREATENING FLOODING OF LOW AREAS...AND
   BELOW STEEP SLOPES.

   DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS
   THE ROADWAY. VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED
   QUICKLY. MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND IMMEDIATELY.
