* AT 735 PM CST...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WITH A DEVELOPING TORNADO 6 MILES NORTHWEST OF
  FAIRVIEW...OR 12 MILES EAST OF NEOSHO...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 20 MPH.
