  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WITH A DEVELOPING TORNADO 6 MILES SOUTHWEST OF
  OSCEOLA...OR 19 MILES NORTH OF STOCKTON...MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 35
  MPH.

* THE TORNADO WILL REMAIN OVER MAINLY RURAL AREAS OF...
