SHANNON COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL MISSOURI * UNTIL 1015 PM CDT * AT 919 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WITH A DEVELOPING TORNADO 7 MILES NORTH OF BIRCH TREE...OR 30 MILES SOUTHEAST OF HOUSTON...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 40 MPH. * THE TORNADO IS EXPECTED TO BE NEAR...
