DENT COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL MISSOURI PHELPS COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL MISSOURI TEXAS COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL MISSOURI * UNTIL 330 AM CDT * AT 1228 AM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED AN AREA OF VERY HEAVY RAINFALL 7 MILES SOUTHWEST OF HOUSTON...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 20 MPH. DOPPLER RADAR IN SPRINGFIELD ESTIMATED THAT THREE TO SIX INCHES OF RAIN FELL FROM WEST CENTRAL TEXAS COUNTY TO EASTERN PHELPS COUNTY SINCE SATURDAY EVENING. * RAIN CONTINUES TO FALL ACROSS THE WARNED AREA...WITH ANOTHER INCH POSSIBLE BEFORE THE RAIN TAPERS OFF AFTER 2 AM.
