* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  SOUTHWESTERN SHANNON COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL MISSOURI
  NORTHERN OREGON COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL MISSOURI

* UNTIL 815 PM CDT

* AT 412 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAINFALL 10 MILES NORTH OF ALTON...OR
  23 MILES EAST OF WEST PLAINS...MOVING EAST AT 40 MPH. DOPPLER RADAR
  ESTIMATED ONE TO TWO INCHES OF RAIN WITH THIS STORM ALREADY.

* SLOW MOVING THUNDERSTORMS ARE PRODUCING TORRENTIAL RAINFALL IN THE
  WARNED AREA. RUNOFF FROM THIS EXCESSIVE RAINFALL WILL CAUSE FLASH
  FLOODING TO OCCUR. SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL EXPERIENCE FLASH

WARNED AREA.

ROADWAY. THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS
SAFELY. VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED QUICKLY.
