* AT 502 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAINFALL 10 MILES SOUTH OF SPARTA...
  OR 11 MILES SOUTH OF OZARK...MOVING NORTH AT 15 MPH. DOPPLER
  RADAR ESTIMATED BETWEEN TWO AND FOUR INCHES HAS OCCURRED WITH THIS
