* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  CENTRAL PULASKI COUNTY IN SOUTHWEST VIRGINIA

* UNTIL 1145 PM EDT.

* AT 850 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED   
  A THUNDERSTORM WITH VERY HEAVY RAINFALL...4 MILES SOUTH OF 
  DUBLIN.  THE THUNDERSTORM WAS NEARLY STATIONARY. RADAR ESTIMATED
  OVER TWO INCHES OF RAIN IN THIS AREA BETWEEN 750 PM AND 850 PM.

LOCATIONS THREATENED BY HEAVY RAIN THROUGH 1145 PM EDT INCLUDE
  DUBLIN...

SLOW MOVING THUNDERSTORMS ARE PRODUCING TORRENTIAL RAINFALL IN THE
WARNED AREA. RUNOFF FROM THIS EXCESSIVE RAINFALL WILL CAUSE FLASH 
FLOODING BETWEEN DUBLIN AND CLAYTOR LAKE.
