THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN BLACKSBURG HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  MERCER COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST WEST VIRGINIA...

* UNTIL 545 AM EDT.

LOCAL OFFICIALS HAVE REPORTED THAT PIGEON CREEK NEAR THE GILES 
COUNTY BORDER HAD COME OUT OF ITS BANKS WITH AN EVACUATION OF A 
HOUSE...ALSO CAMP CREEK NORTH OF PRINCETON WAS OUT OF ITS BANKS WITH 
EVACUATIONS OF CAMPERS GOING ON AT CAMP CREEK STATE PARK. 

THE RAIN HAS ENDED IN THE AREA...HOWEVER RUNOFF WILL CONTINUE TO 
CAUSE FLOODING CONDITIONS THROUGH AT LEAST 545 AM.

WATER COVERS THE ROADWAY. VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE
