  THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAINFALL 3 MILES EAST OF FRIES...    
  MOVING NORTHEAST AT 15 MPH.

LOCATIONS THREATENED BY HEAVY RAIN THROUGH 945 PM EDT INCLUDE   
  HILLSVILLE...

SLOW MOVING THUNDERSTORMS ARE PRODUCING TORRENTIAL RAINFALL IN THE
