* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  TYLER COUNTY IN WEST VIRGINIA...

* UNTIL 1000 AM EDT...

* AT 759 AM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED RAINFALL  
  OF 1 TO 2 INCHES IN THE LAST HOUR OVER PORTIONS OF TYLER COUNTY.   
  AN ADDITIONAL INCH IS POSSIBLE IN THE NEXT HOUR.  THIS WILL CAUSE
  FLASH FLOODING OF SMALL CREEKS AND STREAMS NEAR MIDDLE ISLAND
  CREEK.
