* HEAVY RAINS HAVE MOVED THROUGH DICKENSON COUNTY AND WILL BE 
  PUSHING STREAMS AND CREEKS OUT OF THEIR BANKS...ESPECIALLY IN THE 
  NORTHERN HALF OF THE COUNTY.

* SOME LOCATIONS IN THE WARNING AREA INCLUDE:
  JOHN FLANNAGAN LAKE AND HAYSI.
