* UNTIL 515 PM EDT...

* NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY RAIN MOVING
  ACROSS CENTRAL AND SOUTHERN PUTNAM COUNTY.  RAINFALL RATES OF 2 
  INCHES IN AN HOUR CAN BE EXPECTED IN SOME PLACES DURING THE 
  AFTERNOON CAUSING SOME SMALL STREAMS TO COME OUT OF THEIR BANKS.
