* UNTIL 1130 PM EDT...

* AT 826 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY
  RAIN SOUTH OF NEW LEXINGTON. RAINFALL ESTIMATES IN THE PAST HOUR   
  HAVE EXCEEDED TWO INCHES.  THE HIGHEST TOTALS HAVE OCCURRED IN     
  THE SHAWNEE VICINITY.
