* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  BOONE COUNTY IN WEST VIRGINIA...
  LINCOLN COUNTY IN WEST VIRGINIA...

* UNTIL 230 PM EDT...

* AT 1121 AM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED AREAS
  OF HEAVY RAIN ACROSS PORTIONS OF LINCOLN AND BOONE COUNTIES.
  THE STORMS WERE MOVING TO THE EAST SOUTHEAST AROUND 20 MILES
  AN HOUR. MORE HEAVY RAIN WAS TO THE NORTHWEST OF THIS AREA AND
  IS LIKELY TO PRODUCE ADDITIONAL HEAVY RAIN.

* SOME LOCATIONS IN THE WARNING AREA INCLUDE MORRISVILLE...MADISON
