* UNTIL 715 PM EDT...

* AT 419 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED 
  TRAINING THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING VERY HEAVY IN THE VICINITY
  OF BLAINE...MOVING EAST AT 20 MPH. RADAR INDICATES THAT SOME
  LOCATIONS HAVE RECEIVED OVER TWO INCHES OF RAINFALL IN THE PAST 
  HOUR AND A HALF. 

* SOME LOCATIONS IN THE WARNING AREA INCLUDE CHARLEY AND RICHARDSON.
