THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  NORTHERN FAYETTE COUNTY IN WEST VIRGINIA...

* UNTIL 1215 AM EDT...

* AT 918 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY
  RAIN NEAR ANSTED...OR ABOUT 3 MILES NORTHWEST OF FAYETTEVILLE.  THE
  THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING THE HEAVY RAIN WERE NEARLY STATIONARY...BUT
  SLOWLY DIMINISHING IN INTENSITY. RADAR ESTIMATES THAT IN THE
  VICTOR AND RAMSEY AREAS BETWEEN 2 AND 3 INCHES OF RAIN FELL IN ONE
  HOUR.
