  DICKENSON COUNTY IN VIRGINIA...

* UNTIL 1045 AM EDT...

* AT 755 AM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED TRAINING
  THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING PERSISTENT RAINFALL RAIN OVER DICKENSON
  COUNTY...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 35 MPH. A TRAINED WEATHER
  SPOTTER REPORTED STREAMS NEAR BANKFULL IN THE CLINTWOOD AREA. UP
  TO AN INCH AND A QUARTER OF RAIN HAS FALLEN IN THE PAST HOUR IN
  DICKENSON COUNTY.  

* SOME LOCATIONS IN THE WARNING AREA INCLUDE JOHN FLANNAGAN LAKE AND
