THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  NORTHERN DICKENSON COUNTY IN VIRGINIA...

* UNTIL 745 PM EDT...

* AT 434 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED ONE TO
  TWO INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN IN THE PAST HOUR IN THE VICINITY OF
  THE POUND RIVER.  ADDITIONAL RAINFALL OF UP TO AN INCH IS
  EXPECTED OVER THE NEXT 1 TO 2 HOURS...WHICH WILL RESULT IN FLASH
  FLOODING OF AREA CREEKS AND STREAMS.  

* SOME LOCATIONS IN THE WARNING AREA INCLUDE JOHN FLANNAGAN LAKE...
  HAYSI AND BREAKS INTERSTATE PARK.
