THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS CONTINUED THE 

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  LAWRENCE COUNTY IN OHIO...

* UNTIL 430 AM EDT...

* AT 1233 AM EDT...LAW ENFORCEMENT REPORTED SOME ROADS STILL IN
  FLOOD AND CREEKS AND STREAMS RIGHT AROUND BANKFULL.  NATIONAL
  WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED ADDITIONAL SHOWERS AND
  THUNDERSTORMS TO THE WEST WOULD MOVE INTO LAWRENCE COUNTY BY 2 AM.
  THESE STORMS COULD BRING A QUARTER TO A HALF INCH RAINFALL PER
  HOUR.  THIS WOULD KEEP CREEKS AND STREAMS AT BANKFULL OR PUSH THEM
  OVER BANKFULL WHILE CAUSING FARTHER FLOODING OVER ROADWAYS.  SOME
  COMMUNITIES AFFECTED ARE WATERLOO...WILGUS AND CHESAPEAKE.
