THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  ATHENS COUNTY IN OHIO...

* UNTIL 915 AM EDT...

* HEAVY RAINFALL HAS ENDED ACROSS THE AREA AND RUNOFF IS REACHING    
  THE LARGER STREAMS SUCH AS SUNDAY CREEK. IN ADDITION...THE HOCKING 
  RIVER IS RUNNING NEAR BANKFULL. THIS HAS CAUSED HIGH WATER ON 
  SEVERAL ROADS. MOTORISTS SHOULD BE EXTREMELY CAREFUL THIS MORNING.
