THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  NORTHERN CARTER COUNTY IN KENTUCKY...

* UNTIL 945 AM EDT...

* AT 649 AM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED TRAINING 
  THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING VERY HEAVY RAIN NEAR AND NORTH OF CARTER 
  CAVES STATE PARK. THE THUNDERSTORMS WERE MOVING EAST AT 15 MPH. 
  RADAR ESTIMATES THAT SOME LOCATIONS RECEIVED AROUND 2 INCHES OF 
  RAIN BETWEEN 5:45 AND 6:45 THIS MORNING. 

* SOME LOCATIONS IN THE WARNING AREA INCLUDE GRAYSON AND CARTER 
  CAVES.
