* UNTIL 1215 AM EDT...

* AT 1009 PM EDT...A TRAINED WEATHER SPOTTER REPORTED VERY HEAVY
  RAIN. STORMS WERE LOCATED FROM 8 MILES WEST OF TEAYS VALLEY TO
  TEAYS VALLEY...OR FROM 10 MILES NORTH OF HAMLIN TO 5 MILES WEST OF
  NITRO.  THE AREA OF HEAVY RAIN WAS NEARLY STATIONARY.

* SOME LOCATIONS IN THE WARNING AREA INCLUDE WINFIELD AND HURRICANE.
