  EXTREME SOUTHERN LYON COUNTY IN WESTERN NEVADA

* AT 727 PM PDT...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY
  RAIN OVER EXTREME NORTHWESTERN MONO COUNTY...OR ABOUT 12 MILES
  NORTHWEST OF BRIDGEPORT...MOVING NORTHWEST AT 10 MPH.

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM THIS STORM WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING OF CREEKS
AND STREAMS...WASHES...ROADS AND ROADSIDE CULVERTS. THE HEAVY RAINS
COULD ALSO TRIGGER ROCK AND MUDSLIDES IN STEEP TERRAIN.
