* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  EXTREME NORTHEASTERN NEVADA COUNTY IN CENTRAL CALIFORNIA
  EXTREME NORTHEASTERN PLACER COUNTY IN CENTRAL CALIFORNIA
  EXTREME SOUTHWESTERN WASHOE COUNTY IN WESTERN NEVADA
  THIS INCLUDES THE CITY OF INCLINE VILLAGE

* UNTIL 540 PM PDT

* AT 430 PM PDT...VERY HEAVY RAIN WAS REPORTED IN INCLINE VILLAGE.
  THE THUNDERSTORM PRODUCING THIS HEAVY RAIN WILL MOVE NORTH OVER
  THE MARTIS CREEK BURN AREA BY 5 PM PDT. IN ADDITION...ANOTHER
  THUNDERSTORM OVER LAKE TAHOE MAY MOVE OVER THE BURN AREA IN THE
  NEXT HOUR.  OVER ONE INCH OF RAIN MAY FALL OVER THE MARTIS CREEK
  BURN AREA BY 540 PM PDT.

* THE THUNDERSTORM WILL BE NEAR HIRSCHDALE AND FLORISTON
  BY 5 PM PDT.

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM THIS STORM WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING ON GRAY
AND BRONCO CREEK...ALONG WITH SMALLER WASHES AND CULVERTS. THE HEAVY
RAINS COULD ALSO TRIGGER ROCK AND MUDSLIDES IN THE STEEP TERRAIN
ALONG INTERSTATE 80.

IF YOU ARE IN THE WARNING AREA MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND IMMEDIATELY.
RESIDENTS LIVING ALONG STREAMS AND CREEKS SHOULD TAKE IMMEDIATE
PRECAUTIONS TO PROTECT LIFE AND PROPERTY.
