* AT 146 AM EDT NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR AND SKY WARN
SPOTTER  REPORTED THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN OVER THE WARNED 
AREA.

RAINFALL AMOUNTS IN EXCESS OF THREE INCHES HAVE FALLEN OVER 
SOUTHERN WAKE COUNTY IN THE WHITE OAK AND MIDDLE CREEK AREAS.
