THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  RICHMOND COUNTY IN NORTH CAROLINA

* UNTIL 1100 AM EDT

* AT 853 AM EDT NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN OVER THE WARNED AREA.

* SLOW MOVING THUNDERSTORMS ARE PRODUCING TORRENTIAL RAINFALL IN     
  THE WARNED AREA. THE SOUTHERN SECTIONS OF THE COUNTY ARE OF MOST   
  CONCERN HAVING ALREADY RECEIVED HEAVY RAINS THIS MORNING WITH MORE 
  RAIN MOVING INTO THE AREA.  

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER 
COVERS THE ROADWAY. VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE 
ABANDONED. MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
