  RAPIDLY ROTATING THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A TORNADO 19
  MILES SOUTH OF PEYTON...OR ABOUT 16 MILES SOUTHEAST OF COLORADO
  SPRINGS...MOVING EAST AT 10 MPH.

* SOME LOCATIONS AFFECTED WILL BE THE OPEN COUNTRY OF EL PASO
