  RAIN OVER EXTREME SOUTHWEST MARICOPA COUNTY...OVER THE SAUCEDA
MOUNTAINS NEAR HIGHWAY 85...SOUTH OF GILA BEND. FLASH FLOODING WILL
AFFECT NORMALLY DRY WASHES IN THE AREA INCLUDING THE QUIOTOSO WASH.
