* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  EAST CENTRAL ONEIDA COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST IDAHO
  THIS INCLUDES THE CITIES OF PLEASANTVIEW AND MALAD CITY

* UNTIL 330 PM MDT

* AT 230 PM MDT...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY 
RAIN OVER PLEASANTVIEW...MOVING EAST AT 5 MPH.

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM THIS STORM WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING OF SMALL 
CREEKS AND STREAMS...COUNTRY ROADS...NORMALLY DRY WASHES...AS WELL 
AS FARMLAND ALONG THE BANKS OF CREEKS AND STREAMS.
