* AT 1223 AM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WITH STRONG ROTATION OVER CENTRAL CUMBERLAND
  COUNTY...MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 25 MPH. THIS STORM COULD PRODUCE A
  TORNADO AT ANY TIME.
