SOUTHERN CAROLINE COUNTY IN EASTERN MARYLAND. * UNTIL 730 PM EDT. * AT 655 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM... OVER EAST CENTRAL CAROLINE COUNTY...MOVING SOUTH AT 15 MPH. * THE SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WILL BE NEAR... MAINLY RURAL AREAS OF SOUTHERN CAROLINE COUNTY.
