LEHIGH COUNTY IN EASTERN PENNSYLVANIA. NORTHEASTERN BERKS COUNTY IN EASTERN PENNSYLVANIA. * UNTIL 245 PM EDT. * AT 158 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM... 4 MILES NORTH OF KUTZTOWN...MOVING EAST AT 35 MPH. * THE SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WILL BE NEAR...
