THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN MOUNT HOLLY NJ HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  WESTERN CECIL COUNTY IN NORTHEAST MARYLAND

* UNTIL 800 PM EDT.

* AT 606 PM EDT...WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED RAINFALL IN EXCESS 
OF THREE INCHES HAS FALLEN OVER A SMALL PART OF CECIL COUNTY DURING 
THE PAST HOUR.

THE AREA AFFECTED IS PRIMARILY ALONG THE SUSQUEHANNA RIVER FROM PORT 
DEPOSIT SOUTHEASTWARD. RADAR INDICATES VERY HEAVY RAIN CONTINUING TO 
FALL OVER THIS AREA. THERE IS ALSO INTENSE CLOUD TO GROUND LIGHTNING 
IN THE AREA AND COUNTY EOC OFFICIALS INDICATE SOME TREES AND WIRES 
DOWN IN THE VICINITY OF PERRYVILLE.
