THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN MOUNT HOLLY NJ HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  CUMBERLAND COUNTY IN SOUTHERN NEW JERSEY

* UNTIL 1045 PM EDT.

* AT 832 PM EDT...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED 2.5 TO 3 
  INCHES OF RAIN FELL IN THE WESTERN PART OF CUMBERLAND COUNTY IN
  AN HOURS TIME WITH AS MUCH AS 4 TO 5 INCHES IN ABOUT AN HOUR AND A
  HALF.  EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT PERSONNEL REPORTED ROAD FLOODING NEAR
  HOPEWELL ALONG COLUMBIA HIGHWAY.

* SOME LOCATIONS AFFECTED INCLUDE...
  SHILOH...

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM THIS STORM WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING OF SMALL
CREEKS AND STREAMS...COUNTRY ROADS...AS WELL AS FARMLAND ALONG THE
BANKS OF CREEKS AND STREAMS.

BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE
DANGERS OF FLOODS AND FLASH FLOODS. IF FLASH FLOODING IS OBSERVED ACT
QUICKLY. MOVE UP TO HIGHER GROUND TO ESCAPE FLOOD WATERS. DO NOT STAY
IN AREAS SUBJECT TO FLOODING WHEN WATER BEGINS RISING.

A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING IS OCCURRING OR IS
IMMINENT. MOST FLASH FLOOD DEATHS OCCUR IN AUTOMOBILES. DO NOT DRIVE
YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE ROADWAY. THE WATER
DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS SAFELY. VEHICLES
CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED QUICKLY. MOVE TO HIGHER
GROUND.
