* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  EASTERN CUMBERLAND COUNTY IN SOUTHERN NEW JERSEY

* UNTIL 730 PM EDT.

* AT 553 PM EDT...WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED A NEARLY 
STATIONARY THUNDERSTORM WHICH IS PRODUCING TORRENTIAL RAINS.

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM THIS STORM WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING OF SMALL
CREEKS AND STREAMS...COUNTRY ROADS...AS WELL AS FARMLAND ALONG THE
BANKS OF CREEKS AND STREAMS.

A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING IS OCCURRING OR IS
IMMINENT. MOST FLASH FLOOD DEATHS OCCUR IN AUTOMOBILES. DO NOT DRIVE
YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE ROADWAY. THE WATER
DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS SAFELY. VEHICLES
