MONTGOMERY COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST PENNSYLVANIA * UNTIL 430 PM EDT. * AT 225 PM EDT...MONTGOMERY COUNTY EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT REPORTED ROADWAY FLOODING IN THE COUNTY. RADAR HAS ESTIMATED IN EXCESS OF 2 INCHES OF RAIN FROM AMBLER THROUGH HARLEYSVILLE TO NEAR FRANCONIA... MAINLY ALONG THE NORTHEAST EXTENSION OF THE PENNSYLVANIA TURNPIKE.
