NORTHEASTERN MIDDLESEX COUNTY IN NORTHERN NEW JERSEY * UNTIL 1100 PM EDT. * AT 900 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED A CLUSTER OF THUNDERSTORMS CONTINUING OVER NORTHERN MIDDLESEX COUNTY NEW JERSEY. REPORTS OF ROAD CLOSURES AND PEOPLE STRANDED IN CARS IN THE WOODBRIDGE AREA HAVE BEEN RECEIVED. THIS INCLUDES ROUTE 35...ROUTES 1 AND 9...AND LOCAL ROUTE 184. BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE DANGERS OF FLOODS AND FLASH FLOODS. IF FLASH FLOODING IS OBSERVED ACT QUICKLY. MOVE UP TO HIGHER GROUND TO ESCAPE FLOOD WATERS.
