* AT 920 AM EST...A TRAINED WEATHER SPOTTER REPORTED VERY HEAVY
  RAINFALL ACROSS THE COUNTY WITH STREAMS RISING RAPIDLY AND WERE
  NEAR BANKFULL.

AS OF 920 AM EST...DOPPLER RADAR ESTIMATES AND SPOTTER REPORTS 
SHOWED AN AVERAGE OF 2.50 INCHES HAD FALLEN ACROSS THE COUNTY.
