THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN MOUNT HOLLY NJ HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  SOUTHEAST LEHIGH COUNTY IN EASTERN PENNSYLVANIA

* UNTIL 230 PM EDT.

* AT 1128 AM EDT...WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED THAT 2.5 TO 3     
  INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN IN THE PAST HOUR JUST SOUTHEAST OF       
  ALLENTOWN IN LEHIGH COUNTY. THE THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING THE HEAVY  
  RAINFALL ARE SHOWING LITTLE MOVEMENT. 

A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING IS OCCURRING OR IS
IMMINENT. MOST FLASH FLOOD DEATHS OCCUR IN AUTOMOBILES. DO NOT DRIVE
YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE ROADWAY. THE WATER
