THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN MOUNT HOLLY NJ HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  SOUTHWESTERN SUSSEX COUNTY IN SOUTHERN DELAWARE

* UNTIL 800 PM EDT.

* AT 450 PM EDT...WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED THAT UP TO THREE
  INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN DURING THE PAST HOUR. THESE THUNDERSTORMS
  HAVE AND WILL SHOW LITTLE MOVEMENT WITH ADDITIONAL RAINS OF AN 
  INCH OR TWO POSSIBLE DURING THE NEXT HOUR. 

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM THIS STORM WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING OF SMALL
CREEKS AND STREAMS...COUNTRY ROADS...AS WELL AS FARMLAND ALONG THE 
BANKS OF CREEKS AND STREAMS. BE WARY OF FLOODING WITH TRIBUTARIES
TO THE NANTICOKE RIVER AND ALONG U.S. ROUTE 13 AND STATE ROUTE 24.

INTENSE LIGHTNING IS ALSO OCCURRING WITH THIS STORM. MOVE INDOORS IF
POSSIBLE. WHEN INDOORS...STAY AWAY FROM WINDOWS AND DOORS AND AVOID
USING TELEPHONES UNLESS IT IS AN EMERGENCY. IF OUTDOORS...STAY AWAY
FROM ISOLATED HIGH OBJECTS SUCH AS TREES.
