THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN MOUNT HOLLY NJ HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  NORTHWESTERN OCEAN COUNTY IN SOUTHERN NEW JERSEY

* UNTIL 645 PM EDT.

* AT 437 PM EDT...PLUMSTEAD TOWNSHIP POLICE REPORTED FLOODING
  IN THE TOWN. DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED THAT THE THUNDERSTORM
  WAS SHOWING LITTLE MOVEMENT WITH STORM TOTALS EXPECTED TO
  EXCEED THREE INCHES IN THE NORTHWEST PART OF THE COUNTY. 

A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING IS OCCURRING OR IS
IMMINENT. MOST FLASH FLOOD DEATHS OCCUR IN AUTOMOBILES. DO NOT DRIVE
YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE ROADWAY. THE WATER
DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS SAFELY. VEHICLES
CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED QUICKLY. MOVE TO HIGHER
GROUND.
